# Campaigns pending review notification

Add an email to your retailer account to be notified when campaigns are pending our review!

### How to access reviewer email settings

1. Make sure you are logged into your Master Retailer team
2. Go to **My Team**.
3. Click **Edit Team**.
4. In **General information**, find **Reviewer email (optional)**.

### Update the reviewer email

1. Enter the email address in **Reviewer email**.
2. Click **Save**.
3. Confirm the value appears on the team details page.

This email will now receive a notification when there are campaigns pending review. If you would like to configure how often these emails are sent and when, please reach out to your Account Manager or the Epsilon support team: <support@citrusad.com>

### Tips

* Use a shared mailbox (for example, team distribution list) so multiple reviewers are covered.
* Keep the address current to avoid missed review notifications.

### Troubleshooting & support

| Reviewer email field is not visible  | Confirm you are editing the master retailer team in My Team      |
| ------------------------------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Value does not save                  | Check email address formatting and retry                         |
| Email is not receiving notifications | Confirm the mailbox is active, check your spam and junk folders. |
