# Campaign performance dashboard

{% hint style="info" %}

## **Early access!**

If you're here before April 9, you need to request access to our early access for retailers. Early access for retailers begins March 26. Contact support to opt-in.
{% endhint %}

The Campaign Performance tab gives you visibility into how advertiser campaigns perform across your retail media network. You can analyze trends, compare time periods, and export detailed reports, all from a single view.

{% hint style="info" %}
This feature is available for retailer accounts. If you don't see the Performance tab, contact your Epsilon Retail Media representative to request access.
{% endhint %}

***

### How to access campaign performance

1. Go to **Campaigns** in the sidebar
2. Click the **On-site Campaigns** option

The view loads with the last 30 days of data by default.

### Understanding the dashboard

#### KPI summary cards

At the top of the page, you'll see key performance indicators summarizing your filtered data:

| Metric                  | What it means                                                   |
| ----------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Average ROAS** | Average Return on Ad Spend — revenue generated per dollar spent |
| **Average Sales Value** | Percentage of clicks that resulted in a purchase |
| **Average Units Sold** | Average number of units sold per day across the selected period |
| **Average Order Value** | Average value of each order during the selected period |
| **Units Per Purchase** | Average number of units purchased per order |

When you enable a comparison period, each card shows the change from the previous period in a color-coded view.

#### Performance chart

The chart displays trends over your selected date range. Click the metric selector to switch between:

* Ad Spend
* Impressions
* Clicks
* Units Sold
* CPC
* Conversion Rate
* ROAS

Hover over each metric to isolate the graph to highlight the selected metric.

### Comparing time periods

To see how performance has changed over time:

1. Click the **Comparison Period** dropdown
2. Select an option:
   * **Prior Period**: compare to the previous equivalent date range
   * **Same Period Last Year**: compare to the same dates last year

The KPI cards and chart will update to show comparison data with percentage changes.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.citrusad.com/retail-media-interface/retailer-campaign-management/campaign-performance-dashboard.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
