# Upcoming Changes

#### Interested to see what's in development?

Here's a sneak peek at what will be available soon.

{% hint style="success" icon="circle-info" %}

## We're still building some of these!

Upcoming changes are planned and may have minor changes as development progresses.
{% endhint %}

#### Sort the Campaign Manager by any column

Find campaigns that need your attention without exporting or switching to Reporting. You can now sort the Campaign Manager table by campaign details and metrics, including start and end date, placement, team, wallet, impressions, clicks, and performance metrics.

Sorting on the Status, Products, Spend to date and Spending limit columns is not available.

#### Reach and impression frequency

**Understand how many unique shoppers your campaigns reach**

Soon, on-site reporting will include **Reach** and **Impression Frequency**. Reach shows the estimated number of unique shoppers exposed to your ads. Impression Frequency shows how often each reached shopper saw them, on average.

<figure><img src="https://19206235-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FmxYbXHcdDvQ7toxAu8ql%2Fuploads%2Fzsk56SjaKcHsitEqSKJW%2FCleanShot%202026-07-13%20at%2009.56.17.png?alt=media&amp;token=b86086dc-9509-496a-b5b7-b51434766e78" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

These metrics will appear in the **All Campaigns** table and daily campaign history. Use them with impressions to distinguish broad awareness from repeated exposure.

Reach metrics update daily and will not appear in hourly reporting. Availability rolls out gradually by retailer.

{% hint style="info" %}

## Compatible with customer ID based integrations

Reach and impression frequency metrics are based on the customer ID in the retailer's ad request, and will only be enabled on eligible retailers.

#### Click and view-through attribution

We're enhancing campaign reporting to give a clearer view of how campaigns drive results, whether conversions come from direct clicks or ad views that influence later purchases. This makes it easier to understand total campaign impact and optimize spend with more confidence.

You'll be able to see conversions and sales split by **Click-through** and **View-through** attribution, giving you clearer visibility beyond last-click reporting. This helps you measure upper-funnel influence and make better budget decisions across formats and placements.

<figure><img src="https://19206235-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FmxYbXHcdDvQ7toxAu8ql%2Fuploads%2FQ04QKzWkY71BrAjHACoJ%2FCleanShot%202026-04-20%20at%2015.25.35.png?alt=media&amp;token=031a7714-2b66-434a-bac0-02cdc3b349bf" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

For clients already using view-through attribution, this will be applied automatically. If you currently use click attribution only, contact your Epsilon representative to discuss upgrading.

#### New product selection experience

We're improving the product selection stage to help campaign creators work faster and manage products more easily. The new table-based experience replaces the current modal flow, making selection clearer and more efficient.

It will be easier to see which products are already selected while searching, and easier to remove products when you need to make changes.

<figure><img src="https://19206235-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FmxYbXHcdDvQ7toxAu8ql%2Fuploads%2FFywVrRsMwjLBGZoBm9bw%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=52594f94-d9aa-4ad0-92e4-dc32566946cc" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="info" %}

## Coming soon to the targeting stage

Next up, we're also looking to change tables in the targeting stage to a similar left-right pattern, making it clearer to see what items are selected and which are available to select in a single view.
{% endhint %}

#### Teams manager - search by user email

Soon, you'll be able to filter the team manager by user email across both retailer and advertiser teams. This makes it faster to find user access, review permissions, and manage teams with confidence.

{% hint style="success" %}

## Good for access audits

Search by user email to quickly see which teams a user can access. For retailers, you can also use bulk remove to revoke that user's access across multiple teams in one step. See [Bulk removing users from teams](/retail-media-interface/retailer-team-and-user-management/bulk-removing-users-from-teams.md)
{% endhint %}

<figure><img src="https://19206235-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FmxYbXHcdDvQ7toxAu8ql%2Fuploads%2FxWzYci6wLcoQc3o9xGYd%2FCleanShot%202026-04-20%20at%2014.25.37.png?alt=media&amp;token=5a99d56f-22a8-4b5f-bb6b-6d9838d96458" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### Video modules for Brand Pages

Retailers will soon be able to add video modules to Brand Pages. Brands can then use video alongside existing page content to deliver richer, more engaging shopper experiences.

The video experience aligns with Banner X video. Retailers can embed video directly in their Brand Pages using the same familiar approach.

This gives retailers another way to support brand storytelling, product launches, and awareness campaigns on their sites.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.citrusad.com/retail-media-interface/release-notes/upcoming-changes.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
