# Sincronizzazione dei dati sugli ordini tramite API

## Sincronizzazione dei dati dell'ordine tramite backend (consigliato)

Per inviare i dati dell'ordine a Epsilon Retail Media, utilizza un comando simile a quello riportato di seguito. Nota che i dati nel `orders` campo sottostante sono dati fittizi e vengono forniti qui solo come esempio. Questi esempi mostrano tutti l'**integrazione standard**.

### Ordini di un singolo articolo

**Formato OrderDate** OrderDate nel formato precedente viene letto come ora UTC. Sarà necessario sincronizzare in UTC.

In alternativa, è possibile impostare un offset per il proprio fuso orario, sostituendo `Z` con `+HH:MM` pertinente al tuo fuso orario. Ad esempio: "orderDate": `“2021-12-02T15:00:00+10:00"` specificherà che il fuso orario è UTC+10.

### Sincronizzazione di più ordini

Se stai sincronizzando più ordini, puoi inviare fino a 100 articoli come batch con ciascuna richiesta. Il numero di richieste che puoi effettuare è illimitato. L'ordine del payload inviato è lo stesso ordine del risultato restituito. Ciò rende possibile mantenere i dati congruenti con la rappresentazione dell'ordine nel tuo backend.

## sellerId del Marketplace

Se stai integrando venditori del marketplace, è necessario sincronizzare il `sellerId` ove applicabile quando si segnalano gli ordini. Nel caso in cui il prodotto acquistato non disponga di un `sellerId`, questo può essere omesso.

### Recupero delle informazioni sull'ordine

Se desideri verificare le informazioni sull'ordine all'interno di Epsilon Retail Media, effettuerai una richiesta GET all'API `/orders/` con l'id dell'ordine.
