# Sincronizar datos de pedidos mediante API

## Sincronización de datos de pedidos a través del backend (recomendado)

Para enviar datos de pedidos a Epsilon Retail Media, utiliza un comando similar al siguiente. Ten en cuenta que los datos en el `orders` campo siguiente son datos de prueba y se proporcionan aquí solo como ejemplo. Todos estos ejemplos muestran la **integración estándar**.

### Pedidos de un solo artículo

**Formato de OrderDate** OrderDate en el formato anterior se lee como hora UTC. Tendrás que sincronizar en UTC.

Como alternativa, puedes establecer un desfase para tu zona horaria, sustituyendo `Z` por `+HH:MM` relevante para tu zona horaria. Por ejemplo: “orderDate”: `“2021-12-02T15:00:00+10:00"` especificará que la zona horaria es UTC+10.

### Pedidos de varios artículos

### Sincronización de varios pedidos

Si estás sincronizando varios pedidos, puedes enviar hasta 100 artículos en un lote con cada solicitud. El número de solicitudes que puedes realizar es ilimitado. El orden de la carga útil enviada es el mismo orden que el del resultado devuelto. Esto permite que los datos sigan siendo congruentes con la representación del pedido en tu backend.

## Marketplace sellerId

Si estás incorporando vendedores de marketplace, debes sincronizar el `sellerId` cuando corresponda al informar sobre los pedidos. En caso de que el producto adquirido no tenga un `sellerId`, se puede omitir.

### Recuperación de la información del pedido

Si deseas verificar la información del pedido dentro de Epsilon Retail Media, realizarás una solicitud GET a la `/orders/` API con el ID del pedido.

Recuperarás toda la información relacionada con el pedido almacenada en el Epsilon Retail Media sistema.\
