# Creating and Editing Brand Pages

This section walks you through creating a Brand Page, adding your content, and submitting it for review.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Note:** Brand Pages is a capability that may be available depending on your retailer's setup. If you don't see the Brand Pages section in the platform, contact your Epsilon Retail Media representative to find out whether it is available for your account.
{% endhint %}

<figure><img src="/files/phKuTo2QdZXP9mFMTPEb" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

You'll find **Brand Pages** in the navigation sidebar within the platform. Select it to view all existing Brand Pages or create a new one.

You will begin on the **Performance** tab.

<figure><img src="/files/W3ECAhdcbOhqS1D5wmI6" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

To look at the Brand Page campaigns you have already created, navigate to the **Manage** tab.

<figure><img src="/files/d4ApYF3ytauG6nKdyXCu" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Creating a new Brand Page

#### Start a new page

Click **New Brand Page.** You can also duplicate an existing Brand Page if that's easier.

<figure><img src="/files/kJ9FGHWcf5HW8Bkhk3hB" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### Campaign set-up

The first stage in the Brand Page wizard is setup.

1. Enter a **name** for the Brand Page. This is your campaign name used to identify the page in the platform: shoppers do not see it.
2. Choose a **start date** and **end date** to control when the Brand Page is visible to shoppers.
   * Alternatively, enable **Always on** if you want the page to run indefinitely with no fixed end date.
   * The page will only go live once it has been approved **and** the start date has been reached. If the start date has already passed at the time of approval, the page goes live immediately.
3. Select a **Wallet** to associate with this Brand Page. Wallets are used for organisational and reporting purposes, they let you group Brand Pages together (for example, by brand, season, or team) and track performance across that group.

{% hint style="info" %}
There is no charging or billing on the platform. No pricing or spend information will be shown. Any commercial arrangements are handled separately between you and the retailer.
{% endhint %}

<figure><img src="/files/BqJmY2cj78MKEivqwMaf" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### Product selection

Choose the products you want to feature on the Brand Page. These will be available to add to a Product Grid module once the page is being configured.

<figure><img src="/files/sSzQd3vXoaghVgdsJmhi" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### Template selection

**Choose a template**

* Select a **template** to define the page structure. Templates determine which modules are available and how the layout is organised.

<figure><img src="/files/ZbSpTVsGz8w4xY1jUuyR" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

You can pick and choose between the retailer's different templates. Each template will have different modules available to configure.

<figure><img src="/files/0Fx2TlfBuh7BpgB7q9DX" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Click the **Continue** button to proceed to the next stage.

#### Configuring your Brand Page

Now it's time to configure your page.

1. **Set the URL slug**
   * Once a template is selected, enter a **URL slug** — the unique path segment that will appear in the Brand Page URL (e.g. /brands/your-brand-name).
   * Slugs must be lowercase and can contain letters, digits, hyphens, and underscores.
   * Each slug must be unique within the catalogue.

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Warning:** URL slugs cannot be changed once the Brand Page is published. Choose a slug that clearly represents the brand and is easy for shoppers to read.
{% endhint %}

<figure><img src="/files/GQs6x1JAHGcR6DfawNNZ" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

2. **Modify the Brand Page theme**

If you want to customise the branding on the page to align to your brand, you can update certain branding values in the theme to make it closer to your product's look and feel within the available options in the **Theme** section. In this case, the theme has been updated to make all buttons and links blue.

<figure><img src="/files/6R0f2U9CXWrGy03L8zCF" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

3. **Configure Brand Page modules.**

Depending on the template you've selected, you'll have a variety of modules available to configure.

Each module is on the right of the built-in preview. The preview updates as you configure, so you can see each change live as you create.

{% hint style="info" %}
As each Brand Page template is directly integrated with your retailer's specifications, the exact setup will vary by retailer. The builder is intuitive and easy to use, and the examples below show how to configure a few modules.
{% endhint %}

**Enabling modules**

Depending on your retailer, you may also have the option to enable or disable certain modules, depending on if you need them.

See [#working-with-modules](#working-with-modules "mention") to see a detailed overview of all modules that might be available.

<figure><img src="/files/ezUPIW8YNCxIHh3L6C4o" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Leaderboard images**

Leaderboard images allow you to broadcast your branding right at the top of the fold - which is the first thing your shoppers will see when loading your page.

<figure><img src="/files/C3bwKK0Sc2uuO9VrYoLe" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Product grids**

Product grids allow you to pick which products you want to display to your customers. Click **Select products** to pick from the products you've added to the campaign. Next, drag the products into the order you want them displayed, the previewer will update as you make changes.

<figure><img src="/files/2XSwKXrRmxwPb5PjX37w" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

**Image sections**

Use image sections to put your branded content directly in front of customers, you may use this to link to other brand pages, or showcase new product launches.

<figure><img src="/files/jrqCw7V5Dnn5lr0NTw0G" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

4. **Preview your brand page**

Now that you've finished building your Brand Page, use the previewer to see how it will render on Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile with the top-left previewer toggles.

Click the full-screen icon to view the brand page in a full-screen modal.

<figure><img src="/files/PfMyJdfX357pKcWVNjyV" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### Launching your Brand Page

Take one last look at your Brand Page configuration, then click **Save as draft** or **Submit for review**.

If you submit the page for review, it will enter the approval workflow before going live.

### Working with modules

Modules are the content sections that make up your Brand Page. The modules on your page are determined by the template. You add your content: text, images, products, within each module.

#### Module types

The following module types may appear on a Brand Page, depending on the template:

| Module            | Description                                                                                                              |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Hero** | A prominent banner section, typically at the top of the page. May include an image, headline text, and a call-to-action. |
| **Text** | A section for written content such as headings, descriptions, or promotional copy. |
| **Image** | A single image section, which may link to a product page or other destination. |
| **Image Gallery** | A section displaying multiple images together. |
| **Product Grid** | A section displaying products from the catalogue in a grid layout. |
| **Filter Menu** | A set of filter options that allow shoppers to narrow down products in a Product Grid. |
| **Split Layout** | A multi-column section that combines other content types side by side. |

{% hint style="info" %}
**Note:** The modules available on your Brand Page depend on the template. The look and behaviour of each module may vary depending on the retailer's site. You may only see some modules available to you depending on your retailer.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="success" %}
**Coming soon: Video module.** A video module with adaptive playback, optional captions, and end cards is in development and will be available in a future release.
{% endhint %}

### Adding products to a Product Grid

If your page includes a Product Grid, you can choose which products to feature.

1. **Select products**
   * Use the search to find products within your selected subset.
   * The products available to select are from the products you selected in the prior stage.
2. **Set product order**
   * Arrange products within the grid by dragging them into the desired position. The order you set here is the order shoppers will see on the live page.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Tip:** Product details (name, image, price, availability) are resolved from the retailer's catalogue at the time the page is viewed. Keep your catalogue up to date for the best shopper experience.

**Note:** Need to add a product that isn't in your current subset? Go back to the Brand Page setup and update your product selection before returning to the editor.
{% endhint %}

### Style guide and theme

Brand Pages are rendered according to a **style guide** set up for the retailer's site. The style guide defines the overall visual framework for Brand Pages, including colours, typography, and button styles.

Within the style guide, a **theme** allows per-page customisation of certain visual elements — such as background colours, text colours, and button styling. When a theme is applied to your Brand Page, those settings layer on top of the base style guide.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Tip:** Theme settings are optional. If no theme is applied, your page will use the default styles for that retailer's site.
{% endhint %}

### Tips for success

* **Plan your slug carefully** - It becomes part of the public URL and cannot be changed after publishing. Use a clear, readable slug like summer-essentials or brand-name.
* **Use high-quality media** - Images should be crisp and correctly sized for the template. Poor-quality media detracts from the brand experience.
* **Check product availability** - Products in your grid are resolved from the live catalogue. If a product is out of stock or delisted, it may not display as expected.
* **Preview before submitting** - Use the inline previewer to check images, text, layout, and product display across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Warning:** The preview will not match the live site exactly - the retailer's website renders the page in its own environment, so always review the live page after publishing.
{% endhint %}

### Troubleshooting & support

| **Issue**                          | **Resolution**                                                                                                                                                                        |
| ---------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| URL slug is rejected | Slugs must be lowercase, contain only letters, digits, hyphens, and underscores, and be unique within the catalog for the given time period. Remove any spaces or special characters. |
| Products not appearing in the grid | Verify the products exist in the catalogue and are in an active state. Products may not display if they have been de-listed or are currently unavailable. |
| Template options are limited | Templates depend on your retailer's setup. Contact your retailer or Epsilon Retail Media representative if you have questions about template options. |
| Changes not saving | Ensure all required fields are filled in. Check for validation errors highlighted in the editor. |
