# Inviting multiple team members

In the New UI, it's possible to add multiple users to your team.

#### **How to invite multiple team members to a selected team:**

1. Access **Teams** from the side menu. Retailers will see it in the main menu; advertisers will find it under **Settings**.
2. Filter to the team you want to manage. Use the filter to search for a team; your current team always appears at the top before filtering.
3. Click the ellipsis and click **Add Users**.
 1. You can also click the team's name, and then click Add Users in the team screen.
4. Add up to 50 users to the selected team, separated by commas.
5. Select the role to apply to all users (report only or full), then click **Add** in the bottom right.

**That's all!**

Emails already in this retailer’s namespace are added to the team and notified automatically. New users will receive an email and can join by following a few simple prompts.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.citrusad.com/retail-media-interface/advertiser-team-and-user-management/inviting-multiple-team-members.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
