# Editing a team

Editing a team is simple. From the Teams section you are able to update a team's settings.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Note:** Some retailers may restrict this option for advertisers. If you cannot see the option to edit a team, you will need to request your retailer to make any updates.
{% endhint %}

#### **How to edit a team:**

1. Access **Teams** from the side menu. Retailers will see it in the main menu; advertisers will find it under **Settings**.
2. Filter to the team you want to manage. Use the filter to search for a team; your current team always appears at the top before filtering.
3. Click the ellipsis on the team's row and click **Edit**.
   1. You can also click the team's name, and then click **Edit Team** in the team screen.
4. Update any team settings. Ensure billing information has the correct contact name and email. You can also add your business identifier and, where required, the Ad Financer to identify the company funding campaigns.
5. When finished editing, click **Update** in the bottom right.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.citrusad.com/retail-media-interface/advertiser-team-and-user-management/editing-a-team.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
