# Off-site reporting

The Off-site reporting dashboard displays all off-site activity linked to your selected team in a single, easy-to-use report.

You can use this to:

* **Track off-site campaign impact:** Monitor key metrics to assess your brand's effectiveness beyond the retailer's site.
* **Deep dive into SKU and brand performance:** Analyze online and in-store performance at both SKU and brand levels to understand what drives results.

### Why use this feature?

* **See off-site impact in one place:** All off-site activity for your team, in a single report.
* **Understand true reach:** Total and unique impressions plus individuals messaged show how many real people you reached, not just ad serves.
* **Measure return online and in-store:** SKU and brand ROAS reveal what your off-site spend is driving, including the halo beyond your own SKUs.

### How to access

1. Open the navigation bar on the left.
2. Open the **Off-site campaigns** menu item.

{% hint style="info" %}
If you don't see the Off-site Campaigns option, it may not be activated for your retailer. Contact your account manager to check availability.

### Key Information

* The **summary cards** at the top show Spend, Total Impressions, Unique Impressions, Individuals Messaged, and Clicks. Hover the help icon on any card for its definition.
* Use the **campaign name search** to focus the report on one or more campaigns. The summary cards and both tables update to match your search.
* The **SKU Performance** table shows conversions for your advertised SKUs; the **Brand Performance** table shows the brand halo — purchases of any product from the same brand by messaged shoppers.
* Both tables report **Total**, **Online**, and **In-Store** columns, where Total is online plus in-store. In-store figures appear where your retailer supports in-store attribution.
* Sort any column, page through results, and export either table to CSV.

#### Reading the summary metrics

| Metric               | What it means                                         |
| -------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------- |
| Spend | Total amount spent on advertising |
| Total Impressions | Total number of ad impressions |
| Unique Impressions | Number of unique users who saw the ad |
| Individuals Messaged | Number of unique individuals who received the message |
| Clicks | Number of clicks on the ad |

#### Searching by campaign name

Type into the **Search by campaign name** box to filter the report. Matching is on the campaign name, so a partial term returns every campaign that contains it. Clear the box to return to all campaigns. There is no date-range filter on this page.

#### Reading the SKU Performance table

SKU Performance shows conversions for the specific products you advertised. Each metric is reported three ways — **Total**, **Online**, and **In-Store**:

| Column group | Columns                                                    |
| ------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------- |
| Total SKU | Unique Converters, Orders, Items, Revenue (Local Currency) |
| Online SKU | Unique Converters, Orders, Items, Revenue (Local Currency) |
| In-Store SKU | Unique Converters, Orders, Items, Revenue (Local Currency) |

#### Reading the Brand Performance table

Brand Performance takes it further and shows the **brand halo** — purchases of any product from the same brand by shoppers you messaged, not just your advertised SKUs. It uses the same Total / Online / In-Store split:

| Column group   | Columns                                                    |
| -------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------- |
| Total Brand | Unique Converters, Orders, Items, Revenue (local Currency) |
| Online Brand | Unique Converters, Orders, Items, Revenue (local Currency) |
| In-store Brand | Unique Converters, Orders, Items, Revenue (local Currency) |

#### Sorting, paging, and exporting

* **Sort:** Click a column header to sort ascending or descending.
* **Page:** Tables show up to 10 campaigns per page — use the Next and Previous controls to move between pages.
* **Export:** Use the download button on each table to export all columns to CSV for deeper analysis.

### Tips for success

* Compare **Total Impressions** against **Unique Impressions** and **Individuals Messaged** to gauge frequency — a large gap means you reached fewer people more often.
* Read **SKU Performance** alongside **Brand Performance**: SKU shows the products you advertised, while Brand reveals the wider halo across the same brand.
* Check the **Online** and **In-Store** splits to see where purchases actually happen, not just the totals.
* Export the tables when you need to combine off-site results with reporting from other channels.

### Troubleshooting & support

* **Don't see the Off-site Campaign menu item?** Off-site reporting is activated per retailer. Contact your account manager to confirm availability.
* **In-Store columns are empty?** In-store attribution is shown only where your retailer supports it; online and total figures still populate.
* **Numbers look lower than expected?** Check whether a campaign name search is still applied, and remember reporting can be subject to data delays. See [Understanding reporting data delays and time zones](https://help.citrusad.com/retail-media-interface/advertiser-reporting/understanding-reporting-data-delays-and-time-zones-in-the-new-interface).
* Still need help? Contact your account manager or <support@citrusad.com>.

### FAQs

**What's the difference between Total and Unique Impressions?**

Total Impressions counts every time your ad was served. Unique Impressions counts the distinct people who saw it, so it's lower when the same person is messaged multiple times.

**What does "Individuals Messaged" mean?**

The number of unique individuals who received your off-site message — a true measure of audience size rather than raw ad serves.

**What's the difference between SKU Performance and Brand Performance?**

SKU Performance covers only the products you advertised. Brand Performance covers the brand halo — any product from the same brand purchased by shoppers you messaged.

**Why is there no date filter?**

The Performance page shows off-site activity for your team without a date-range control. Use the campaign name search to focus your analysis.

**How is off-site reporting different from unified reporting?**

Off-site reporting shows off-site activity on its own. [Unified reporting](https://help.citrusad.com/retail-media-interface/advertiser-reporting/unified-reporting) combines onsite and offsite performance with fractional attribution to give a single, deduplicated view across channels.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.citrusad.com/retail-media-interface/advertiser-reporting/off-site-reporting.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
